Q : How can I place an order?
A : The quickest way to place an order is through our website. All purchases made at Mark Kalen Designs are processed through our merchant account provider, PayPal. We never see your credit card information. It is not necessary to have a PayPal account as PayPal accepts credit cards.
Q. What methods of payment do you accept?
A.We currently process payment via PayPal who accepts Visa, MasterCard, Discover and American Express. For security reasons, your billing name and address must match that of the credit card used for payment.
Q. Can I modify my order after it has been placed?
A. Please call or send an e-mail to firstname.lastname@example.org if you need to modify an order after it has been placed; however, we cannot guarantee that we’ll be able to modify your order as we process and ship them out very quickly.
Q. Do you charge sales tax?
A. We are required to charge sales tax on purchases made in the state of Texas.
Q. What is your policy concerning out of stock items?
A. Occasionally an item you ordered may be out of stock due to a discrepancy in our inventory. When this happens, we will send you an e-mail notifying you about the out of stock item and your credit card will be refunded. Don’t worry—we may restock the item in the future and are always getting great new items you’re sure to love!
